What's "Italk, the Next Innovation?"
"Italk, the Next Innovation." is an italk server.
It runs under UNIX and cygwin environment.
(It is abbreviated to "inid.")
Features
- A server of the italk
chat system.
The system is characterized in keeping all chat logs to publish via WWW
and stand-alone server configuration.
Inid supports Italk Protocol 1.0
(see itproto.txt in the distribution archive of inid).
- Fast and solid enough to employ as a 24h-available chat server.
- Portable. Inid is described in standardized C++ language construction and
POSIX functions.
- Freely available under Italk license
(based on BSD-style license). Open source.
Multi-thread (multiple room)
is introduced.
